      TEACHERS      May 24, 2019 - The second installment of curriculum stipends paid. PD Committee Stipends paid.  June 3, 2019 - All mentor logs should be submitted to your supervising administrator.  June 7 and 21, 2019 - Mentor stipends paid.   June 13, 2019 - Scheduled Lump Sum payment (pending no snow days).                  All Staff - NEW SUBSTITUTE RATES FOR AS OF 1.1.2019 (Please refer to the Sublink on the HR page).   Teacher $90/day.   Instructional Assistant $78/Day.   Nurses $100/day.   Long Terms Substitute Teacher $160/day.      Health, Vision, and Dental Insurances are based on a fiscal year (July 1-June 30) and Open Enrollment will be mid-May through mid-June 2019 -- the effective date of July 1, 2019.  If you experience a life event and you are covered by a spouses or parent’s policy and in danger of losing your health care coverage, contact Roxanne immediately.    Short-Term Disability Plans, Accident Plans, Cancer Plans, and Voluntary Life Assurance Plans can be obtained through either AFLAC or Colonial Insurance.  Open Enrollment for these plans is in the Fall.  Please contact Roxanne to obtain the contact information.    403b and/or 457 TSA contact information is referenced in your employee manual/appendix and in the orientation handouts.
